Your representative, Brianna, was very helpful and pleasant to speak with.  We ordered the product on line because the total due did not include shipping charges.   We explained to Brianna that no shipping charges were appearing, so she suggested that we go that route.  When we received the purchase confirmation on line, however, it added an additional $11+ for shipping.  Of course we weren't very happy about the extra charges because this wasn't agreed upon.  
The filter is identical to the one that needed to be replaced.
