5 of 5 Box Filter Shipping Charges November 6, 2017

I replace the above filters every six months, I feel the shipping cost is outrageous in relation to the cost of the filters.  There must be a more cost effective way to receive your product. It pains me each time I order from your company.

Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping.  We pay the same as you.  I wish it was cheaper as well.  The shippers go by dimensions, not by weight anymore and these are very large filters and cost a lot to ship.  Looking back on your passed orders it actually cost us more to ship them out than what you paid.
