Mixed Bag August 1, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lewes, DE United States   Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt. The filters in the box, however, were kind of crumpled; the accordion type baffling and the thin cardboard framing. Hadn't gotten that on previous orders. I am surprised to hear that.  These are an OEM product that we get right from the manufacturer and they have always been great.  They are usually packed very well.  If they are really in bad shape, please send me some pictures and I can see what I can do.  [email protected] Thank you, we do appreciate your business and we want you to be a returning satisfied customer.
