Could have been a little better November 7, 2018 Reviewer: Susan M White from Toledo, OH United States   Dealing with ordering was fine. However, the box containing the filters arrived banged up and the filters inside were not perfect, but they were usable. Sorry to hear that the filters were a little banged up, that is not how we sent them out.  Next time you order, please make a little note if you can and we will try and pack them with a little extra protection. These shippers are not gentle with packages even though we mark each box fragile.  We do appreciate your business! Was this review helpful to you?

Disappointed February 10, 2018 Reviewer: Jenn Snyder from Riverside, PA United States   Honestly my experience was not good.  The filters that were ordered and shipped to me were not what I needed.  Then I had to pay $37 to ship them back.  Now today I receive an email showing my refund is only $71.  This does not seem right to me.  My understanding of the price of the filters I ordered were $99.  So why am I only being refunded $71?      Sorry you ordered the wrong filters.  When ordering you need to make sure you order the exact size needed.  Filters show a nominal size and then an exact size.  The exact size is very important and it is confusing because there are so many different filters.  Looking at an old filter there should be a part number or product code that tells you the exact filter needed.   We will always exchange or give you a refund.  Shipping is very expensive and I am sorry it cost so much to ship them back to us.   We did make a mistake on your refund and I have sent you a check for the difference..  I am sorry about that.  You should get the full refund amount for the filters. Amana,Goodman 20x20x5 M2-1056 MERV 11 Clean Comfor January 20, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lexington , KY United States   The new filters were a little larger than the one that was in the furnace which made it hard to replace the door. I had to crush the edge of the filter to make room for the tabs of the door to fit in the slots. Was this review helpful to you?
