furnace filters--I will order from you again March 28, 2015 Reviewer: Cathy Lien from Naperville, IL United States   arrived safely in a big that fit both filters well.  Like that they have plastic over each of  the filters so stay dust free until needed.  Price is better than the furnace company.  I can change them myself. Fast Delivery! February 7, 2014 Reviewer: Norah Kubacki from Wauconda, IL United States   I gave this product a 4 star rating because of its size which is a little narrow. I do want to comment on your customer service.  The 2 gentlemen I spoke with on 2 separate occasions were extremely helpful.  One put aside my fears I was ordering the wrong filter, and the other gentleman gave me perfect instructions on how to install the filters.  Customer service is what it is all about, and I hope these gentlemen are being paid equally as well. Perfect replacement December 26, 2013 Reviewer: B D from Indian Land, SC United States   I brought my 20x25x5 filters from my previous house to use in my furnace. When I went to replace the filter, I found that all 20x25x5 filters are not the same. The filter for the Lennox is actually 1/4" smaller in each dimension, so the one's I had would not fit.
